How do I find Amtrack's schedule and purchase tickets?

AMTRAK can be reached at (800) 872-7245 or visit their website at www.amtrak.com. 
 
Those taking the train from the Staples Depot may park on the west side of the building.

Is there a bus or taxi service?

Friendly Rider provides public bus service Monday - Saturday. The bus is available Monday through Friday from 6am-6pm and on Saturdays from 10am-2pm. You may schedule a pick-up time by contacting their office (218.631.5730 or 888.773.5500).

Staples does not currently have taxi services. 

Is there transportation from the train station to Timberlake Hotel?

Timberlake Hotel will provide transportation for guests to and from the train station. You must call the hotel directly to arrange for a ride (218.895.1300). 

Where is the nearest dog park?

The City of Staples does not currently have a dog park. The closest dog park is located in Motley, MN. It is located behind the BP Station (16 US-10, Motley, MN) on 1st Ave S.

Who can I call for towing?

Staples has two businesses providing towing: Scott's South Town Service (218.894.2137) and Northern Recovery and Truck Repair (218.414.0069).
